ARCADE, a new EU-funded project that aims to coordinate consensus-building and cooperation across stakeholders for a safe and harmonised deployment of Connected and Automated Driving (CAD), invites stakeholders to join the ARCADE associated partnership. Under the framework of the Horizon 2020 program, this project seeks to build up synergies and common views to development, testing, validation and deployment of CAD in Europe and beyond.

ARCADE intends to promote the exchange of knowledge, lessons and experiences from past and ongoing CAD activities at the national, European and international level, as part of the CAD initiative.

The ARCADE’s associated partnership mainly targets experts and stakeholders having an interest in Connected and Automated Driving research and deployment within EU Member States but also internationally. This status could be of interest for experts groups, associations or fora from the automated driving industry or active in the policy, legal or standardisation fields.

Associated partners can participate and contribute content in relevant ARCADE activities, i.e. meetings and workshops, reports and position papers in thematic areas. Their contributions are provided on a voluntary basis without the possibility to claim funding from the European Commission. However, associated partners are eligible for EU funding under specific conditions.

Additionally, associated partners’ logos will be promoted in the CAD communication material including the project website, brochures and newsletters.
