DESCRIPTION:The Flemish Agency for Roads and Traffic\, ERTICO-ITS Europe and the InterCor project teams from France\, the Netherlands and the UK\, are proud to invite you to the fourth and final InterCor TESTFEST on Cross-border Interoperability of C-ITS Services. During this TESTFEST\, vehicles will drive to pilot sites in the Flanders region in Belgium and the Netherlands. \nClick here to register to the second preparatory webinar. \nThe TESTFEST is open to anyone active in the C-ITS field. Interested public and private organizations (public authorities\, road operators\, systems suppliers\, service providers\, vehicle manufacturers) are invited to register and to take part by bringing devices or vehicles equipped with on-board units (suitable for the C-ITS services operating in the region) using ITS-G5 and/or cellular communication to test their interoperability with the InterCor RSUs and Back-office interfaces in Flanders and the Netherlands.

SUMMARY:High-level Conference “Multimodal transport – towards the future”
DESCRIPTION:European Commissioner for Transport Violeta Bulc and the Directorate-General for Transport and Mobility (DG MOVE) are inviting transport stakeholders for a High Level conference “Multimodal transport – towards the future”\, officially closing  the 2018 Year of Multimodality. The thematic year was called to promote the functioning of the transport sector as a fully integrated system\, making better use of existing capacities in all transport modes\, and improving efficiency of the logistics chains. \nThe conference will take place at the Hotel Crowne Plaza\, (Rue Gineste 3\, 1210 Brussels) in the afternoon of the 26th February 2019 (registration starting at 13:30)\, and will be followed by a reception. \nThe conference will summarise the achievements of the Year of  Multimodality\, discuss with stakeholders possible gaps towards the transport system of the future\, and address with them opportunities and new openings for a seamless multimodal transport system. \nClick here for more information.
