DESCRIPTION:The ITS POLSKA Association has been at the forefront of shaping the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) market in Poland for 16 years. We are proud to announce the 16th POLISH ITS CONGRESS\, taking place on October 7-8\,2024 in Warsaw\, Poland. \nThis milestone event comes at a pivotal moment in the development of ITS in Poland. Furthermore\, there is a growing understanding of the need to build domestic technology and competence solutions for intelligent transport\, positioning ITS as a national specialty and increasing the economic potential of Poland. \nThe program proposal for the POLISH ITS CONGRESS in 2024 will cover a wide range of ITS applications\, including investment projects in Poland such as road protection systems and weighing systems for vehicles in motion; mobility as Service; multimodal transport Smart City; artificial Intelligence in Transport; ITS Financing; Clean Transport Zones; innovation in public transport; Traffic Management Systems and Cooperative Systems and Big Data and Cybersecurity \nThe POLISH ITS CONGRESS has become a permanent fixture on the transport industry calendar in both Poland and Europe. In 2023\, over 240 people took part in the congress during two days of the conference\, and it is worth noting that 61% were representatives of the public sector\, whose participation is free of charge\, 34% were participants from companies and 8% were employees from universities and institutions. POLISH ITS CONGRESS is the largest event for ITS sector companies in Poland. For 15 years\, it has been a place to acquire new knowledge\, exchange views\, get inspiration and establish business relationships.
