This year’s edition will be held on 4 December 2018\, European Day of Disabilities. \nIt is an EU initiative that: \n\nrecognises efforts by cities to become more accessible\npromotes equal access to urban life for people with disabilities\nallows local authorities to promote and share their best practices\n\nThis year’s edition of the ACA also includes awards celebrating the European Year of Cultural Heritage\, which recognise cities that have made their cultural heritage sites more accessible. \nMore information on the event
