As we remain at the forefront of innovation in intelligent transport and smart mobility, 2025 marks the beginning of a series of dynamic EU-funded projects. Our continued dedication and leadership across a variety of forthcoming initiatives reaffirm our commitment to advancing safer, more resilient, and sustainable solutions for the future of mobility in Europe and beyond.
Through close collaboration with our partners, consortium members, and wider stakeholders, we will continue focusing on developing solutions and technologies that address key challenges in areas such as urban mobility, decarbonisation, digitalisation, 5G connectivity, freight logistics, and sustainable public transit systems.
Led or supported by ERTICO, new projects starting this first period will have a great contribution to shaping future mobility and transport in Europe, including CAMBER (Connected and Adaptive Maintenance for Safer Urban and Secondary Roads); MACBETH (Multipoint megAwatt Charging for Battery Electric Truck Hubs); ePowerMove (Enabling large e-fleet participation in power systems optimisation through the mass deployment of people-friendly, low-cost infrastructure and interoperable vehicles), O-CEI Open CloudEdgeIoT Platform Uptake in Large Scale Cross-Domain Pilots, 3DxVerse (Digital Twins for Sustainable Travel and Living Communities) and BoostEDIC M & L. These initiatives not only reinforce our role and expertise as a coordinator or work package leader, they also underscore the unwavering commitment to supporting the EU’s agenda in driving progress within the mobility sector.
Looking ahead towards a prosperous year filled with new ideas, innovative solutions and stronger cooperation, we are excited to begin this next step of European innovation, facilitating a safer, more resilient, and sustainable mobility future for all.
