February 20 - February 22
The Belgian and Luxembourg Automobile and Cycle Federation (FEBIAC) is pleased to announce the first edition of the Automotive eMotion Summit: Shaping Policies & Fleet Innovations – a brand new event which aims to put the Belgian automotive sector under the spotlight from 20 to 22 February 2024. During three days of the event, FEBIAC expects stakeholders from the automotive sector, representatives of car brands, those responsible for fleet management, representatives of various governments, politicians and opinion leaders to meet in the Skyhall, the former departure hall of Brussels Airport that has now been transformed into an event location. This is a unique opportunity to network, explore shared vision for the sustainable automotive mobility of tomorrow and showcase which models and technologies that will soon be launching.
This event focuses on industry developments, new technologies, the B2B market, corporate vehicles, mobility services, and their societal impact. Approved by the FEBIAC Board in September 2023, the Automotive eMotion Summit will include a B2G section alongside B2B components. Kris Gysels, Director of Public Affairs at FEBIAC, stresses the sector’s role in policy development, especially during the crucial year of 2024 with the Belgian presidency of the European Council and upcoming elections. FEBIAC, drawing on its exhibition experience, recognizes the importance of key players’ participation, including automobile brands and Mobia. The concept is being finalsed with input from vehicle-importing members who wish to showcase products and technologies.
