Getxo, a town in the Basque Country, will soon take the first steps in the process of developing a SUMP for the local municipal area.
In the coming weeks, 4,000 questionnaires will be distributed. They seek to find out the routes that are taken by residents in the area, along with at what times of day.
Taxi drivers, cyclists, and associations of elderly or disabled people are amongst those who will be surveyed. Sessions will also be held for local residents to discuss the plans.
