3rd IRU/EU Road Transport Conference and eco-driving seminar

On 16 September the International Road Transport Union (IRU) will host the 3rd Road Transport Conference in Vilnius. The conference will be followed by the eco-driving seminar on 17 September where the European project ECOeffect will present its eco-driving training programme.
