ERTICO – ITS Europe and the National Academy of Sciences (NAS), through its Transportation Research Board (TRB), have entered a strategic partnership, formalised by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the ITS World Congress in Dubai 2024. This collaboration aims to enhance transportation research and development by sharing knowledge, promoting professional growth, and advancing mutual goals in the sector.

The partnership reflects the shared vision of both organisations to shape the future of transportation through collaborative research, information exchange, and educational initiatives. It will play a pivotal role in providing leadership within the transportation community, both in Europe and globally. Additionally, it will drive innovation and support future transportation leaders and researchers through joint research projects, professional development programs, and the dissemination of key findings.
