The European Commission is seeking feedback on the European Maritime Single Window. This Delegated Regulation aims to:
- amend the list of reporting obligations required by EU, national and international legislation in connection with a port call
- establish a data set for the European Maritime Single Window environment with a complete list of data elements, each of which has a unique definition and precise technical characteristics (e.g. format, length, characters).
The adoption of this Regulation is planned for the third quarter of 2021.
