The IRF Congress “Innovation in Road Infrastructure” held 22-24 November in the framework of the Transport Week Russia in Moscow tackled the topics of innovation in road planning and design innovation in infrastructure construction and financing mechanisms for roads.

The conference was very well received among representatives of Russian and international transport authorities and organisations.
