At ITS America, we recognise that the startups of today are the leaders of tomorrow. Last week in Washington, D.C., we partnered with startup incubator 1776 to support innovative young companies competing in the Challenge Festival Smart Cities Semifinals.
When it comes time for the ITS World Congress this September 7-11 in Detroit, Michigan, ITS America is once again showcasing emerging companies by launching Transportation for Tomorrow: Inventors and Investors. This two-part program will provide high-tech transportation startups the opportunity to promote their innovative technologies on the show floor as a part of our Entrepreneurial Village, and a chance to pitch the next big idea in ITS to a panel of premier financial investment groups at our Investor Matching event.
