Today, the ITS Congresses team publishes the detailed Programme that includes both the high level and technical sessions for the ITS World Congress in Hamburg from 11-15 October 2021. To mark this occasion, we are extending the Early Bird rate until Monday 19 July.

Since 1994 when the very first ITS Congress was held in Paris, this unique event gathers together an impressive number of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) stakeholders from both the public and private sectors. This community comes together to meet and to learn from each other about the latest innovations in products, services and related practices in smart mobility.

The Programme is at the very heart of the ITS Congress and consists of the High-Level Programme, the Technical Programme and other ITS Events. The High-Level Programme includes the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and three Plenaries, which are dedicated to the Congress topics and are addressed by major personalities, as well as six Executive sessions that welcome high-level industry executives, public officials and academia from around the world to share their experiences and views on ITS achievement. Forums from the three regions of Asia Pacific, the Americas and Europe and for the very first time this year two dedicated Global Forums – one on MaaS and another on freight and logistics are also included, given Hamburg’s important role as an international port.

The Technical Programme is the result of the Call for Contribution process that took place earlier in the year that has delivered 180 highly focused sessions that promote advances in state of the art and the deployment of ITS. The sessions include tailor-made Special Interest Sessions, Technical/Research papers and Business Presentations.
There are also other ITS Events linked to the ITS World Congress.

We can’t wait to see you in Hamburg, so please delve into the Programme for the ITS World Congress here and register now here!
