The SOLUTIONSplus project continues to share its knowledge and expertise to a broader audience. The project’s latest online training programme on Innovation Management will be available to the public later this month to help innovators in their journey to success.

Through this unique training programme, start-ups, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and anyone interested in innovation and business management will learn how to take their ideas to a full-fledged product or service. The e-course provides extensive knowledge and guidance on how to launch a successful product or service, from creating it to delivering it to the market successfully. The course is divided into four modules. The first module is dedicated to innovation and its management. The second module on Intellectual Property Rights and Finances, explores the key aspect of protecting an innovation and gives information on financial management. In the third module on Market, participants can learn more about market analysis, how to market an idea and the important art of pitching an idea. The last module focuses on adoption and funding. The first part focuses on supply chain and logistics and introduces how to collect customer feedback; the second part is dedicated to both public and private funding opportunities. Each module comprises two to six videos of about 12 to 20 minutes with an accompanying set of slides.

The training on innovation management was developed by ERTICO with the support of the SOLUTIONSplus partners based on the input and needs of the start-ups that are part of the project’s Start-up Incubator to create a unique programme tailored to their business development needs. In total, ten start-ups followed the four units and successfully completed the course when it was first launched in early March.

After receiving great feedback from the start-ups that completed the e-course, SOLUTIONSplus is pleased to make the programme available to the wider public.

The Innovation Management training programme can be accessed here, free of charge, on the Mobility Academy platform as from 23 May. The training programme will be launched at the ITS European Congress 2023 in Lisbon during the SOLUTIONSplus presentation at the ERTICO stand on 23 May from 14:00 to 14:20. SOLUTIONSplus will also be mentioned at the Special Interest Session 42 “Infrastructure, charging, and battery needs for novel electric micromobility” on 24 May from 09:00 to 10:00.
