On 6 November, TISA President Thomas Kusche was invited to speak at the WorldDMB Automotive Update session which took place in Amsterdam linked to the WDMB General Assembly. During the session, titled “News from the German Automotive Working Group” Mr Kusche highlighted the importance of TPEG for the success of the DAB implementation in cars. He pointed out, “the first devices are already in the market which will make the advantages of improved traffic information via broadcast clear to users and customers very soon”.
