EENA released the first edition of “Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) outside Europe“.
EENA’s annual publication “PSAPs in Europe” is a valuable tool of public safety professionals. The new publication is expanding this source of knowledge beyond Europe.
The 2016 edition includes 13 country profiles from around the world, including Asia, the Middle East, and more. It provides details about PSAP functioning and illustrates the complexity of the different national structures, as well as the context in which PSAPs work.
