Ford has launched its first European commuter shuttle service in London, with the approval of Transport for London (TfL).

The new ride-sharing service will consist of around 14 minibuses, which will operate four existing routes and complement existing public transport. The service is user friendly: by simply using the ‘Chariot’ app, users can locate the nearest pick up points and complete the first and last mile of their journey faster and more comfortably, connecting with nearby transit hubs and underground stations. The service is also meant to better connect remote areas, as well as commuters living in densely populated areas to existing transport networks.
