The ELIPTIC project has extended the deadline for applications for its city ‘twinning’ fund to Friday 18 September.

The EU mobility project, part of the EU’s € 80bn research and innovation programme Horizon 2020, was established to help cities apply sustainable mobility measures related to electrified transport

It aims to save cities money and energy by developing new solutions to optimise and/or regenerate their electric public transport systems.

The fund will enable cities to make use of the electromobility expertise of ELIPTIC’s partner cities and take part in workshops and study tours.

Co-funding of up to 100 per cent is available to successful applicants and a maximum amount of €15 000 per applicant.

Applications may be submitted by individual or local groups of organisations.
