The FOT-Net Data project is organising a workshop under the theme: “A common methodology for FOTs and pilots”.
The main goal of this event is to go step-by-step through the FESTA methodology for conducting Field Operational Tests (FOTs).
The focus will be on:
- Societal scenarios and research questions
- Study design
- Data collection and analysis
- Impact and socio-economic cost-benefit analysis
- Data sharing
The seminar will provide both plenary presentations and small group discussions and exercises. One of the main discussion topics foreseen relates to automation pilots and how they can profit from following the FESTA methodology.
The event will be held on 3-4 February 2016 in Leeds (United Kingdom).
