ALICE Plenary meeting on the 7th of July (9:00-15:00 hours)  Graz University of Technology – Rechbauerstrasse 12; 8010 Graz, as a side event of the International Physical Internet Conference (IPIC). Please, register by e-mail to: info@etp-logistics.eu.   In the Plenary the following topics will be discussed:

  • Management issues:
    • New board of ALICE Elections: Executive Group (As their mandate expire in July 2017) and Steering Group (Which mandate was extended 2 years ago) Structure of ALICE. Nomination deadline is 23rd of June 2017 (see attached nomination templates for Executive and Steering Groups)
    • Presentation and approval of annual report of activities and accounts 2016.
    • Overview of 2017 activities including SETRIS project outcomes and financial budget review.
  • Strategic Issues:
    • ALICE Working Group priorities, evaluation of ALICE activities as a whole and strategic directions/mandate to the (new) Executive Group for its 2 years mandate. In the following weeks we will issue a survey to get your feedback on this that will be the base-line for the discussions during the plenary.

Moreover, next week we will share an individualized e-mail per member organization including the 2017 membership fee invoice, as well as further information for registration to IPIC conference. ALICE would like IPIC to be THE conference for meet and exchange with other ALICE members. Therefore ALICE will support members participation in the best way possible. ALICE members that cannot cover IPIC participation fees through R&I projects may request a reduction in the IPIC registration fee subsidized by ALICE as follows: 1 coupon of 200 € reduction for ALICE members contributing with a fee of 1000€/year, 1 coupon of 350 € reduction for members contributing with a fee higher than 1000 €/year or 1 coupon for 1 day free attendance (IPIC Gala Dinner not included) for all members contributing with a fee of 1000 € or more.

Earlier this week we have shared a new release of the ALICE newsletter (link) including an update of main activities in the last 2 months. All members are subscribed to it, so you should have received by e-mail, but it might be the case your internet/e-mail security is not allowing proper reception.
