An interesting new ‘Connected ITS’ website has been launched in the US.

The site is not complete, but still gives interesting information about their vision, and more precisely information on the applications and requirements involved.
As the site says, “The Connected Vehicle program is a large set of research activities centered around a vehicle or a mobile device that is equipped with communications and processing allowing those equipped platforms to be aware of their location and their status and to communicate with each other and with the surrounding infrastructure.”
