It’s that special time of the year when ERTICO’s Innovation & Deployment Department organises the Activity Development Days (ADDs) for our Partners. This year, the event will be held online on 23-24 June when the ERTICO Partnership will come together to determine its future priorities, especially within the context of the European Commission’s forthcoming policy plans and targets.

The Activity Development Days bring together representatives from the entire membership to reaffirm their goals and priorities in line with the ERTICO implementation roadmaps toward safe, sustainable and efficient mobility. ERTICO Premium partners have the opportunity to converge on common innovation targets, working on building winning concepts for the forthcoming Calls and Tenders of 2023.

For 23-24 June, the ERTICO Innovation & Deployment (I&D) Department has put together an agenda to address the four focus areas of the Partnership: Transport and Logistics, and Urban Mobility will be discussed on Thursday; Cooperative, Connected and Automated Mobility (CCAM), and Clean-Eco Mobility will be addressed on Friday.

During the two days, I&D’s Senior Managers will introduce the European Commission’s Calls for proposals for projects in each of the four focus areas. All attendees will have the opportunity to break out into groups to discuss the Calls in more detail and to register their interest as well as establish core groups for the possible consortia.

Representatives from the Commission will also attend parts of the two-day online event to deliver keynote addresses and highlight the EC priorities for research, innovation and deployment in the domain of Smart, Safe and Sustainable Mobility. This year,  representatives from ESA, SESAR, CEDR and INTEREG will also participate in the ADDs to share information on other funding opportunities for public and private ERTICO Partners.

The Activity Development Days are a very important highlight in ERTICO’s calendar and raise a high interest in the partnership. We are looking forward to welcoming our members once again to strengthen our cooperation and partnership in building the future of mobility together.
