This year, the Commission will make comprehensive proposals for the next generation of financial programmes for the EU’s long–term budget.  The objective is to assess and successfully implement strategies in the following areas:

  • Transport infrastructure
  • Energy
  • Digital economy and society
  • Environment
  • Climate action

The objective of this consultation, which will take place from 10 January to 8 March, is to collect the views of all interested parties on how to make the most of every euro of the EU budget. Target groups are citizens, organisations and stakeholders with an interest and/or involvement in issues related strategic infrastructure. In particular, this public consultation period will be covering the entire spectrum of EU future funding in the following areas:

  • Cohesion
  • Investment
  • Research & Innovation
  • SMEs and Single Market
  • Migration
  • Security
  • Strategic Infrastructure
  • Values and Mobility.
