Co-operative traffic solutions, which are based on communications between vehicles (V2V) and between vehicles and infrastructure (V2I), allow drivers to be informed in time about dangerous situations and incidents. Co-operative mobility solutions are a step towards more automated transport.

CoMoSeF project has introduced co-operative mobility solutions that are cost-effective and can be deployed in all kinds of vehicles and traffic environments. CoMoSeF has developed and deployed intelligent transport solutions and services and created business models in different test sites in Finland, France, Luxembourg, Romania, Spain, Turkey and the Republic of Korea.

At the project’s Final Event the different test sites will present and demonstrate the innovative systems developed. These demonstrations cover the collection of data from vehicles, the detection of dangerous situations, the transmission of the information between vehicles and between vehicles and infrastructure using different communication modes, the integration of different devices on-board the vehicle and representation of information and warnings to the driver.
