SINFONICA Workshops on user-friendly public and shared transport using CCAM

January 28 - February 14

The SINFONICA project is organising two half-day workshops in January and February 2025 to explore how Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM) can support user-friendly and inclusive public and shared transport. Participants will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of policy and project recommendations and to test and evaluate the SINFONICA Knowledge Map Explorer, an innovative tool providing guidelines on inclusive and accessible mobility, which will be launched later this year.

Lasting a half day (morning), these workshops are open to a wide range of stakeholders, including policymakers at local, regional, national, and European levels, public and shared transport operators, civil society organisations focusing on inclusivity, equity, and accessibility, researchers, academia, and representatives of other CCAM-related initiatives, including EU-funded CCAM Partnership projects.

Details of the workshops:

  • Tuesday 28 January 2025 | ’s Hertogenbosch (Den Bosch), Netherlands

Hosted by Provincie Noord-Brabant, this workshop will be conducted in Dutch and is targeted at stakeholders from the Netherlands and Flanders.

  • Friday 14 February 2025 | Brussels, Belgium

Hosted by ERTICO, this workshop will be held in English and is open to a European audience. It will take place the day after the RTR Conference (Results from Road Transport Research).
