The new European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency – CINEA will replace the existent INEA – Innovation and Networks Executive Agency as from 1 April 2021.
The new Agency will look at supporting sustainable, green, and decarbonised Europe. CINEA will continue managing the existent projects and starting implementing the new 2021-2027 programmes. These include CEF 2 on Transport and Energy and Horizon Europe, adding Climate actions to the existent Transport and energy portfolio.
