Micro-mobility has been changing how people move in cities since its launch. Now, as the world adjusts to a new reality, micro-mobility is seen as the potentially safer and more secure alternative to other means of transport in our cities. On 15 July, ERTICO ITS Europe and Partner DEKRA are co-hosting a webinar, which will discuss the micro-mobility sector’s emergence from the impact of the COVID19 pandemic, the role of micro-mobility in the recovery of the urban transport scene and its potential as a solution for safer travel.
Moderated by Johanna Tzandaki, ERTICO Director for Innovation and Development, guest speakers participating in the webinar will share their own experiences, achievements and lessons learnt on the topic. Panellists, including Kerim Galal of DEKRA Digital, Odysseas Raptis from the Greek City of Trikala and Ricardo Vitorino from Ubiwhere, will discuss how industry leaders and city authorities can mitigate the barriers to micro-mobility, making it the safe option on the road for travelling short distances and ensuring that it gains real public acceptance and pride of place in our modern cities.
Micro-mobility: now the safe alternative will take place on 15 July at 15.00. Please register here.
