At the occasion of the ITS World Congress 2016, which will be held October 10-14, 2016, in Melbourne (Australia), ERTICO will feature on its stand the GALILEO Village (Booth 2913 of the Exhibition Area).
The projects JUPITER, GNSS.asia, INLANE and the European SMEs M3Systems and NSL will be present to introduce the opportunities provided by GALILEO – the new fully-civil European Global Navigation Satellite System (EGNSS) – for key ITS markets (e.g. autonomous driving, assisted driving, logistics tracking, road-user charging, pay-per-use insurance, etc.)

A free-access demonstration, the ‘GALILEO Bus’, showcasing the improved performances of GALILEO in terms of positioning and navigation services will also be organized. The ‘GALILEO Bus’ will perform shuttle services between the Congress Venue and Albert Park Demo Precinct for the entire duration of the Congress.
