ERTICO’s attention to start-ups specialised and targeted for development is unique, potentially allowing newcomers to connect with stakeholders in the European ITS industry and to participate in EU-funded projects.
ERTICO currently manages over twenty research, pilot and deployment projects, engaging its Partners in European and international activities. In December, one of ERTICO’s flagship projects, 5G-LOGINNOV, admitted five new innovative SMEs in its consortium. The five selected start-ups resulting from an Open Call will benefit from ERTICO’s consolidated network and strong technical expertise while developing and deploying innovative applications using 5G augmented capabilities and integrated into the 5G network architectures.
“The new five innovative start-ups and SMEs will contribute to developing 5G-based solutions in the framework of activities carried out at the three Living Labs of the project Athens (Greece), Hamburg (Germany) and Luka Koper (Slovenia) and now they are members of the ERTICO network of start-ups,” said Dr. Eusebiu Catana, the 5G-LOGINNOV project coordinator.
In the coming weeks, we will invite them to share testimonials of their experiences within the 5G-LOGINNOV consortium, discussing their goals and expectations from this new partnership.
5G LOGINNOV is co-funded by the European Commission, Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No. 957400 (Innovation Action)
