A new wave of projects, promoted by private and public investment, is creating proof of concept to accelerate the deployment of Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) across Europe. A number of barriers still exist and regulatory and business frameworks are very different across European countries. The MaaS Alliance is currently working on guidelines to define a common approach to MaaS in Europe and beyond, focusing on issues relating to users, legal framework and incentives, technologies and standardisation, and communications. The MaaS Alliance and its member IRU are jointly organising a workshop in Brussels on 3 May which will address these issues. The event will also provide an opportunity for passenger transport operators, policy makers and other involved stakeholders to exchange views on this disruptive, yet key trend for the future of mobility.
When: 3 May 2017
Where: The Hotel, Bvd de Waterloo 38, Brussels
This event is free of charged but registration is needed. Please note that there is a limited number of seats, and the workshop works on a first registered, first served principle.
