ERTICO launches a new Webinar Series exclusively for its Partners: Inaugural Episode on EU Mobility Shift and Transition Pathway 

ERTICO – ITS Europe is proud to launch its new Webinar Series ‘Thought Leadership Journeys’ exclusively for its Partnership, an initiative that signifies an important step forward in fostering collaboration and innovation within the European mobility landscape. With great anticipation, ERTICO presents its inaugural webinar edition ‘EU Mobility Shift: Navigating the Transition Pathway’ scheduled on 29th April 2024 from 12:30-13:30 CET. This first webinar in a series will explore strategies, challenges, and opportunities in navigating the transition pathway within the European mobility sector. Esteemed speakers from various sectors will convene to share insights and engage in dialogue aimed at shaping the future of mobility within the European Union.

Lorena Ionita, Deputy Head of Unit, DG Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (GROW), European Commission, will provide a keynote address on valuable insights into the collaborative development of the “Transition Pathway” report recently launched by the European Commission. Joost Vantomme, CEO of ERTICO – ITS Europe, will delve into the significance of the EU mobility industrial ecosystem, highlighting ERTICO’s role in facilitating dialogue and collaboration among stakeholders. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about relevant ERTICO projects and initiatives fostering innovation and competitiveness in the automotive industry by Dr Stefan Dreher, ERTICO Senior I&D Manager. Stefan Deix, Director of EUCAR the European Council for Automotive R&D, will provide insights into mobility transition pathways from the automotive OEM perspective, offering valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities ahead.

The webinar, moderated by Agne Vaitekenaite, Partnership Development Manager at ERTICO, will conclude with an interactive Q&A session, allowing participants to engage directly with the speakers and delve deeper into the topics discussed.
