Portuguese government urged to consider sustainable mobility measures

A commission working on the reform of environmental taxation has presented a number of proposals to the Portuguese government to encourage people to use cleaner forms of transport, including a suggestion to giving people credit for public transport rather than cash when they scrap their cars.
