The SPICE project consortium has inivted Neil Widdop Procurement Delivery Lead (Traffic Technology Systems), Commercial & Procurement, Highways England, to give an overview on how Competitive Dialogue and PCP was used to support delivery of the CHARM programme through a webinar. The webinar was moderated by Steve Phillips, Secretary-General, Conference of European Directors of Roads.
