Newly launched international project Viajeo PLUS: to enhance knowledge transferring and facilitate the uptake of innovative and efficient urban transport solutions
The project Kick Off Meeting was held on 17th June in Sanigallia, Italy. Viajeo PLUS, International Cooperation for Implementation of innovative and efficient urban mobility solutions, is a coordination project, funded by the DG RTD through FP7.
Coordinated by ERTICO – ITS Europe, the project brings together various stakeholders from Europe, Latin America and China, aiming at sharing good practices and demonstration of innovative solutions. Over a 36 month timeframe, the Viajeo PLUS consortium will benchmark outstanding solutions for innovative and efficient urban transport solutions in Europe, Latin America, China and Singapore and subsequently facilitate the uptake of these solutions across different cities in these regions, and Mediterranean Partner Countries.
