The 25th ITS World Congress will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 17- 21 September 2018. With 14 000 mobility experts, it is set to be the largest and most important event in the industry of intelligent transport services to date. The Congress theme: ‘ITS – Quality of Life’ supports the belief that intelligent transport systems are an important means to enhance people’s daily lives through seamless, smart and sustainable mobility solutions.
The Congress is an excellent opportunity to exchange knowledge and good practice within the ITS Community. The International Programme Committee invites ITS experts to submit contributions that encourage creative thinking, interaction and dialogue. You can download the brochure here, and submit your papers or session proposals within the 6 topics of the Congress here.
Revised assessment process for Scientific Papers
The Copenhagen Congress is launching a new process for assessing Scientific Papers recognised by the scientific community as qualifying for academic publication lists.
Papers will be fully refereed by the “The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET)”, and submissions of full papers should be completed using the IET paper template accessible on the submission platform. As usual, authors will be notified if the paper has been accepted, conditionally accepted or rejected.
All accepted papers will qualify for both presentation at the ITS Congress and publication in the IET Journal. There would be no publication without presentation at the ITS Congress.
The Call for Contributions deadline is 15 December 2017
