Poland will host the next Winter Road Congress in 2018. As a complement to the World Road Congresses, this international event organised by PIARC and dedicated to winter road maintenance has been taking place every four years, since 1969. Theses international conferences promote knowledge sharing on winter road issues between countries who experience severe climate.
The last Winter Road Congress took place in February 2014, in Andorra.
