An Award will be made in connection with the ITS World Congress in Melbourne 2016, for the best action taken to promote the creation of an ITS workforce which reflects the clients and users of the ITS being supplied and managed.
Depending on your location and your organisation, this will involve addressing ratios of genders, ethnicities, ages, religious orientations, sexual orientations, etc.
The award is open to any organisation or individual anywhere in the world.
