The iMobility Forum is working towards safe, smart and clean road mobility via the large scale deployment of intelligent vehicle and infrastructure systems in Europe in the context of the EU ITS Action Plan and ITS Directive, the Digital Agenda for Europe and the Intelligent Car Initiative. The biannual iMobility Forum Plenary Meeting is the opportunity for all stakeholders involved in intelligent mobility to get together, and learn about and discuss the progress and achievements of the iMobility Forum.

27-28 January 2015
On the 27th January 2015, iMobility Forum Research & Innovation WG workshop will take place where iMobility Forum stakeholders will discuss their contributions on the Horizon 2020 work programme and provide their research needs for 2016-2017 through a broad open consultation of the proposed R&I roadmaps.
On the 28th January 2015, in the Plenary meeting’s agenda, the policy priorities and EU initiatives supporting Europe 2020 strategy as well as the achievements of the Forum’s Working Groups will be presented. Emphasis will be given to EU research and deployment activities on topics like Cooperative ITS, automation, exchange of data and how these activities turn into successful European innovation stories and act as catalyst for public and private investment.
