On 13 July, several companies that will showcase their demonstration in October at the ITS World Congress were present in Bordeaux to test their equipment in the demonstration area. AKKA, VEDECOM, UTBM, Renault and PSA were amongst some of the French companies present in Bordeaux to test their vehicles. Some of them drove on public roads in autonomous mode, thanks to a special authorisation of the French Ministry.
A full demo will be presented to the 3500 delegates and 10000 visitors expected in October during the ITS World Congress.
