DRIVE C2X followed the invitation of the European Council for automotive R&D (EUCAR) to Brussels, Belgium and joined the annual reception on November 5 to 6. This year, OEMs gathered under the theme “Ready for Horizon 2020! The strategic pillars of automotive research & innovation”.
Visitors saw the DRIVE C2X systems installed in a FIAT 500 and an Opel Insignia. Posters at a dedicated booth offered the opportunity to learn more about the project. A project video was screened to show the benefits of the C2X functions. Besides the representatives of the respective OEMs, the Coordinator Matthias Schulze and Tanja Kessel, Dissemination manager, represented the project.
