At the gates of Paris (Beffroi de Montrouge) last week, the 49th ATEC ITS France Congress brought together the ITS Community and key players to present the latest innovations and encourage meetings between clients and solutions providers. ERTICO CEO, Joost Vantomme, gave a welcome speech and introduced the audience to the 14th ITS European Congress, co-organised by ERTICO in Toulouse from 30 May to 1 June.

“Great Congress on ITS/Smart Mobility in Paris last week. Congrats to the ATEC ITS France team and their partners. Montrouge in Paris started the 2022 smart mobility trip”, said Joost Vantomme. “We now move a bit to the south, to Toulouse, with a fantastic line-up of companies, institutions, speakers and challenges for the ITS European Congress. The European Strategy on Sustainable and Smart Mobility live in Toulouse with our ERTICO partners and friends”. More than 1,500 participants attended the Conference to discuss the deployment of smart mobility solutions.

In the midst of 70 exhibitors, ERTICO presented the next ITS European Congress together with the host, Toulouse Metropole. During the VIP Tour, ERTICO and Toulouse Metropole welcomed the President of ITS France, Martial Chevreuil, President of the 49th ATEC ITS France Congress, François Malbrunot, and General Delegate ATEC ITS France, Benoît Augarde. The visitors showed great enthusiasm for the ITS European Congress, which will take place at the newly built Exhibition and Conference Centre MEETT – conveniently located near the Toulouse-Blagnac Airport– and is expected to attract more than 3,000 participants. Throughout the two full days of exhibition at the ATEC Congress, visitors expressed interest in the Exhibition Opportunities and Partnership Packages available at the upcoming ITS Congress in Toulouse and spent time going over the Interactive Floorplan. ERTICO’s flagship projects, the City Moonshot and ERTICO Academy, also garnered keen interest.
