Collaboration in Motion: ERTICO Joins TTF’s Autumn Update Event
November 12
On 12 November 2024, Transport Technology Forum (TTF) organises its Autumn Update at the IET, Austin Court in Birmingham, UK. This year, ERTICO – ITS Europe will convene together with local authorities and key players from the UK’s transport sector to discuss key issues and share innovative solutions in intelligent transport and smart mobility.
Following the engagement agreement signed in May 2023, which aims to strengthen the joint commitment to advance solutions in smart mobility through knowledge-sharing, this event marks an important milestone in the ongoing collaboration. It also presents an important opportunity for ERTICO to strengthen its partnerships within the UK transportation sector and engage in discussions that help shape the future of urban mobility with UK Partners and stakeholders. By offering insights from its public-private partnership model, Agne Vaitekenaite, Partnership Development Manager at ERTICO, will present some of the ongoing Innovation Platforms, including Data For Road Safety (DFRS), TM2.0, TN-ITS and the recently launched ‘ITS Driven Innovative Aerial Services’ (IDI).
This event also exemplifies the shared vision between ERTICO and TTF to drive forward innovations and share expertise, reflecting the organisations’ joint efforts to promote Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), in particular towards the 33rd ITS World Congress 2027, which will be hosted in Birmingham with Transport for West Midlands.
