Viajeo Plus was presented at IRF 2013, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Dr. Yanying Li, the coordinator of the Viajeo Plus project, presented the project at the International Road Foundation (IRF) World Meeting, 11 – 14 Nov, 2013, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The IRF event takes place every four years. This year, the event attracted over 2,000 professionals from the private sector, academia and government, including an unprecedented 15 Ministers of Transport. The event particularly attracted a large number of delegates from Middle Eastern countries such as Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey and Palestine. This event provided a unique opportunity to meet transport professionals from Mediterranean partner countries (MPC) and exchange views on development and deployment of sustainable urban mobility in those countries.
