During the 9th European ITS Congress in Dublin, ITS (UK) organised a pavilion stand in the exhibition hall, where four ITS (UK) Members showcased themselves, and where the 200 UK visitors could base themselves and catch up with colleagues.
The ITS (UK) Members on the stand were: Mouchel, MIRA, IBI Group and INRIX. A steady stream of visitors attended the stand and found out more about the capabilities of these four, as well as collecting general UK ITS information.
ITS (UK) also promoted two sessions at the Congress: one themed on using ITS to support disabled travellers, and one on boosting the presence of women in the ITS profession.
ITS (UK) has very close ties with ITS Ireland, including sharing several member organisations, and had supported the Irish colleagues by taking an active part in the Host Country planning committee for the event.
