The ETPC Network workshop, held in Brussels last Friday 2 March, was a very interesting and fruitful event, attended by an international group of stakeholders and ERTICO Partners who shared news, best practices and information on upcoming projects.

Great interest was shown by the whole community toward the work of the ETPC task forces and their papers (to be published soon), the latest updates on truck platooning deployment in the US, and the building up of a wide and robust platooning stakeholder community.

The workshop focused on a series of important steps, essential for the development of a strong community in the field of truck platooning. Beginning with an introduction on the 2018 workplan, the ETPC Terms of Reference and Membership package, carried out by Maxime Flament (ERTICO – ITS Europe), the workshop continued with the discussion on market incentives reporting, current Truck Platooning Activities of members, European Commission Project on Multi-Brand Platooning and Building a Truck platooning Stakeholder Community.

The highlights of the event, the list of speakers and participants, as well as detailed information can be downloaded at this link. Presentations are available to the workshop participants, ETPC members and affiliates.
