Madrid relies on Kapsch TrafficCom for traffic and intersection management

The Spanish capital Madrid is using EcoTrafix™ and Mobility Data Platform technology by Kapsch TrafficCom to manage its mobility for the coming years. The state-of-the-art software replaces the existing solution and offers more flexibility and scalability for future challenges. As part of an initiative to modernize the city’s mobility management, the city awarded Kapsch TrafficCom in early 2024 to supply a new platform to control the various existing traffic management systems.
