The Committee will discuss the findings of the Commission’s mid-term evaluation of the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF). The CEF for Transport is the key funding instrument to support investments in European transport infrastructure, with the aim to realise the TEN-T core network by 2030 and the comprehensive network by 2050. The budget for CEF-Transport in the period 2014-2020 has been 24.05 billion Euro.
