Options for EU level policy interventions

The aim of this study is to verify the need for a potential EU intervention in support of the use of electronic documents in cross-border transport operations and to identify possible options for this intervention.

The study was launched by the European Commission’s Directorate General for Mobility and Transport (DG MOVE) in September 2017 and is being undertaken by Ecorys and its partners Grimaldi Studio Legale, TRL and ISL.
