The city of Prostějov in eastern Czech Republic will receive panels displaying real-time information on its bus stops.
A total of 102 panels will be attached to 53 bus stops, allowing passengers to see when their next bus will arrive. This will be based on transmitters that monitor the position of buses and a system that will calculate their expected arrival time.
The panels will be introduced gradually over three phases. Areas which will receive priority attention are stops on routes shared by a number of different bus lines, as well as bus stops at the local hospital.
