Employees with SYNC®-equipped vehicles are encouraged to run frequent Vehicle Health Reports (VHRs). Not only will this simple action help you keep a close eye on the “health” of your vehicle, but it also will provide Ford technical experts with valuable data that can help improve the quality of future Ford and Lincoln products.
VHR – a feature designed to provide customers with a personalized on-line report of their vehicle’s diagnostics, scheduled maintenance, recall information, and dealership offers – has been a complimentary feature on all SYNC-equipped Ford and Lincoln vehicles since the 2009 model year.
“Each week, more and more Engineering and Quality teams are starting to use this data to gain insight into how their systems are performing in the field and to use it as an early warning indicator to get ahead of any emerging quality issues,” said David Roberts, product manager, EESE-Connected Services.
